Private function bookings include sole use of one of two railway sections from 9.00am until close, including picnic area, tables, toilets, wood fired BBQs, use of onsite rubbish, and recycle bins and unlimited trains rides.

Prices include up to 60 visitors including all adults and children, even if not riding.  Infants under 12 months of age are not counted towards the 60 visitors.

Private running days are normally only on Wednesdays and Sundays - however, contact us to discuss the possibility of other arrangements.

Wednesday – $400

  • Trains run 2 hours from 10:00am to 12:00noon, other times by special arrangement.

  • For groups in excess of 60 visitors, additional cost is $4.00 per person.

Sunday (except on community days) – $550

  • Trains run 3 hours total from 11:00am to 12:00noon and then 1:00pm to 3:00pm

  • For groups in excess of 60 visitors, additional cost is $7.00 per person.

Additional train run time may be available by arrangement at $150 per hour.

At time of booking, please provide approximate numbers, and then confirm number closer to your run date to help us arrange sufficient trains for your group.

To ride on the trains you must wear fully enclosed footwear, no sandals, no thongs, no crocs, joggers are great.
